R. Richardson
Mr. Richardson
graduated from Stetson University College of Law
where he was a member of the renowned trial team.
Upon graduation he was awarded the Cecil and Augusta
Bailey Award for meritorious achievement in the
legal field.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Richardson served
four years as an Assistant State Attorney in the
Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County,
where he served as Lead Trial Attorney and
prosecuted to verdict more than fifty jury trials.
Mr. Richardson currently concentrates his practice
in the fields of insurance defense, personal injury,
medical malpractice, and civil rights litigation.
Mr. Richardson is licensed to practice in all
Florida State Courts and the Federal Court for the
Middle District of Florida. Mr. Richardson is also a
member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association
and the Defense Research Institute.
