L. Miller
Mrs. Miller is a 1998
graduate of Stetson University College of Law. While a
student, she was a member of Stetson's nationally ranked
trial team, which for four consecutive years was
heralded by U.S. News and World Report as the number one
trial team in the Nation.
During her tenure as a trial team member, Mrs. Miller
participated in numerous national trial team
competitions and advanced as a finalist in each
competition in which she competed. She was a recipient
of the Victor O. Wehle Award, which recognizes the
outstanding student in Trial Practice.
Mrs. Miller concentrates her practice in the field of
defending discrimination and harassment claims,
subrogation, personal injury protection, and general
insurance defense. She is licensed to practice in all
Florida State Courts as well as the Federal Court for
the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
