Mr. Thompson has been
practicing in the Bay Area for over 30 years and is rated "a.v."
in Martindale-Hubbell. He has successfully defended suits
in all areas of the defense practice, including casualty and
property insurance claims, product liability suits, defense
of the State and its political subdivisions, toxic tort and
poisoning cases, admiralty cases and all aspects of
professional negligence including medical, dental, legal,
insurance E&O and accounting claims.
Mr. Thompson is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial
