Lynn
H. Groseclose
Mr. Groseclose received his
Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with honors
from Emory & Henry College. He completed course work for
a Master's degree in political science at Emory
University before entering law school.
Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from the
University of Virginia School of Law. While at Virginia,
Mr. Groseclose was a participant in Moot Court and
director of the Legal Aid Society.
Admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida and
Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the Middle
District of Florida and the U.S. Circuit Courts of
Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, he has more
than twenty-five years of experience defending clients
in major civil litigation and extensive experience
defending all types of medical providers in medical
malpractice and long term care actions.
Mr. Groseclose has served as lead counsel in hundreds of
civil trials. Mr. Groseclose is the resident shareholder
in the firm's Bradenton office.
