Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miller was successful prosecuting numerous misdemeanors and felonies, including Sexual Battery, DUI Manslaughter and First Degree Murder. Mr. Miller now practices in the areas of professional and medical malpractice, motor vehicle liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, premise liability, long term care, commercial litigation, criminal defense, and civil rights litigation. He regularly consults with clients regarding litigation avoidance and good faith claim practices by insurance carriers. Mr. Miller has successfully defended state and federal lawsuits at both the trial and appellate levels.
